who do you trust?

When we talk about social context or social connections, we're talking about the people we trust - our friends, family, and co-workers. Nowadays one of the first places we interact with these people is online. (Even your aunt Claire, who thought Y2K was going to melt her microwave - she's on Facebook.)

We use our social connections to help us make choices - where to eat, where to shop, where to live. Reputations are made (and unmade) by word-of-mouth. If you have a business - and we all have a business - you can't just leave your reputation to chance. It's time to join the conversation.

Remember, you're connected to your customers already. We're exposing those connections and putting them to work for you.
